Saw the old thread died, wanted to revive.Wanted to get your thoughts on this...Brewed a Lemon Honey Wheat last summer and was delicious. This year wanted to revisit the recipe but maybe add some raspberry to it. So the question is... would i need to cut back on the amount of lemon juice used to accomodate the sugars in the raspberry juice?(btw the honey part of that came from a honey wheat grain)

I actually brewed with two friends of mine for the first time this past weekend. We made saison and a Dead Guy clone. I don't know if this is normal or not, but we tasted the wort, and the saison was actually quite delicious as was. Could have been cooler, I guess. The Dead Guy clone just tasted like a beer-esque tea.I really enjoyed it. It was all-grain for the saison, not a kit or anything. the clone was some grain and then some of the powdered stuff. It being my first time, I haven't picked up on everything. It's something I wouldn't mind getting into more, but I don't drink a ton of beer, so I think it's holding me back.
