Post that crappy grammar you find on the internet that makes your head want to explode here.

Your examples have more to do with spelling than grammar.
5/5/2010 3:38:18 AM
True. Crappy spelling is also allowed in this thread.

I can never figure out why so many supposedly educated people (on this website it seems to be around 25%) don't know the difference between yea and yeah.
5/5/2010 5:13:24 AM
Or perhaps they are pretending to be colonists.
5/5/2010 5:48:50 AM
^^ Oh, it's far worse than that my son. THEY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "YOUR" AND "YOU'RE". THEY CERTAINLY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN "THERE", "THEIR" AND "THEY'RE". YOU'RE ASKING WAY TOO MUCH WITH THIS "YEA" AND "YEAH" SHIT SON.]

I really don't see why some of you people feel the need to sit around and critique each others grammar... yes, I know I am not the most eloquent speaker, and I write as I would speak on most forums- if/when you ever try to call me out on it, don't be surprised if I call you out on being a douche nozzle for having nothing better to do or contribute

I am lax with my grammar at times on the internet and txts etc. More with not using apostrophes and complete sentences etc. What irks me the most is when people write that like in professional emails or reports. If you're too lazy to proofread your report, at least get someone else to proofread it that has an inkling of how to write well.

10/21/2010 10:04:47 AM
I always thought that people who write "an historic" say "an istoric"
10/21/2010 10:12:13 AM
it's not grammar, per se, but i know some people who, if they don't really care one way or the other about a decision say, "It's ten of one, half dozen of the other."
