I'm going to just barely pull out of this semester passing.

Not only did I let myself down majorly this semester, but my academic practices were not on par with anything in my school history. I flushed out As in every writing class, but practically failed my electives that I didn't care about. If I'd just put a little more effort into this I wouldn't be in such a terrible position this semester.

I wont know my grades for a week or two until the finals are taken into account and my finals go into next week, but I've done some calculating, and as long as I can make a 57 or higher on all my exams I can get at least a B-. So I'm probably looking at a mix of A's & B's. Statistics and Budgeting have me the most worried, but Management for Public & Non-Profit Orgs should be fine, and Grantwriting was pass/fail so I'm sure I passed. I'll post 'em when I have 'em tho.

Alright well I hope they all know that grades are to be turned in ASAP. So has anyone ever had teachers who bump up your grades by a few points when you are close to the next mark? last semester I was sure i got a B in a class and was bumped up to an A-, and two of my other courses curved the final grade so I ended up with an A. I am hoping some of my teachers this semester will do that but we will see.

There's nothing bad about it. It's just rare that they do. Professors have lives outside of the classroom, and they can typically find better shit to do on the weekend then put up grades for the class.

Depends on your major. You'll have to go to the NCSU degree requirements page, find your major, and look to the right of the course. If it says 0 under Max D Allowed, then yes.

A- in PHI 205 with Hinton! that means I got at least a 28/30 points on the Final Exam. YES!!!!!!!!!!

It's kinda hard to make anything less than a B in my classes so the As aren't that impressive.

However, in the past, I definitely would have been in the B, F, or U sections of these grade distributions...
