Looking for a DJ from 7-11 on May 7th 7-11PM. Just need someone with a speaker system who can play some beach music. I know I could do this on my own with a laptop but I don't have speakers.

$25 an hour to just sit there and shuffle an iPod seems pretty reasonable to me.

You've got to bring equipment though, plus it's probably outside, I wouldn't risk $2k in equipment for $100, I'd barely be willing to take it out and set it up for that.

You can rent speakers with an iPod dock for $50 these days. Save yourself the other $50.
