I doubt it'll look that bad in once it's ready to open. What's wrong with YUM! buying the naming rights? Granted the model looks horrendous, but it's the company's hometown and they're shelling out the money for sponsorship just like other sports arena.

the Yum! Center is slightly funny name, but its the kfc, taco bell and pizza hut logos all over the arena that make it over the top (and yes, i know Yum! owns all 3 restaurants)

I guess you don't realize that's a really bad Photshopped image

The first basketball game ever was played with peach buckets. Maybe they could use chicken buckets.

isn't the football stadium owned by papa johns?
4/25/2010 3:13:21 AM
The football stadium is called Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. It is the only on-campus stadium that has all of its seating with chairbacks.

Isn't this going to be a problem? Basketball stadium owned by Pizza Hut and Football by Papa Johns?

Why not go all out and redesign the stadium to look like an actual bucket of KFC classic.

Let's sell our naming rights to a vag cream that's made in Raleigh. That would be cool, right? I mean, if you're going to say it's ok b/c the company is based there...

Just saw the commercial. Yum! now sponsors the Kentucky Derby. Any chance the Blind Side guy gets a cut of this?

Colonel Sanders' tie looks like stick figure arms and legs - that has to be intentional
