The location is great. Downtown Raleigh is only a few minutes away, as is the Farmers Market, Lake Johnson, NC State, Meredith, etc. etc. Plus, you can walk to Harris Teeter, restaurants and the movies. The backyard faces a private wooded area that will never be developed. I’ve landscaped it too with perennial herbs: chives, rosemary, lavendar, mint, oregano, sage. They’ll just pop up every year without having to do anything! The kitchen is huge. Hardwoods throughout downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Here is the website for the house: http://www.5540NurLane.com

That looks awesome. Not that I'm even close to buying a house, but shouldn't it have pics of the backyard too?

I'm in here as well, the parking is the only thing, but 2 minutes from crossroads, 10 to campus, and 15 to Glenwood Crabtree/Glenwood Downtown can't be beaten.
