I'm closing on a house off of Woodcroft Parkway on June 23. I'm potentially looking for a roommate to move in anytime around July 1.

The house is a little over 1600sqf, 3br, 2.5ba, 1 car garage in a nice quiet culdesac. Home built in 2005.

Havent worked out the details quite yet as far as rent goes, but i'm just gauging interest at this point. I'm very easy to get along/live with....have references if you want, haha.

Looking for a young professional male (like myself) to rent one of the bedrooms upstairs. (My master bedroom is downstairs). You will have your own bathroom.

A little about me:
I'm 25, a NCSU graduate and work full-time in RTP. I'm huge into anything outdoors (biking, running, hiking, camping, shooting, 4wheeling, etc.), homebrewing, and the occasional xbox 360 night.
