When someone tells me to be somewhere in 20 minutes, they have to clarify if they really mean 20 minutes, or 20 minutes in black people time

ohhh well that explains a lot. One time I meet a black friend of mine at KFC for dinner and he was an hour late but didn't seem all that concerned bout it.

Right, its a system of time that is offset to make black people consistently late by aprox 30 minutes. The timezone and numerical values for the time are the same but the execution of appointments is such that black people seem to exist in a parallel world that is always behind everyone else.

I usually operate on CPT, though the time change is generally never over 15 minutes

Shouldn't that be called Spanish time? My 4th Elementary I Spanish teacher at Wake Tech said he went to Spain and was meeting some friends at a bar at 10:00 pm. They showed up at 10:50 pm. When they say 10:00 pm in Spain that means between 10:00 pm and 10:59 pm.

I noticed that the darker skinned people that come to my neighborhood to pick up one of my neighbors here in wilmington do not simply call a person on a cellphone, to let the person know they are outside, or get out and ring the door bell when they arrive to pick someone up. Instead they sit in their car outside and honk the horn 10 times until the person comes out....
