Just saw this for the first time the other night. It's amazing how a lot of the actors in there all went on to so much success. Harrison Ford's character is pretty much Han Solo.

American Graffiti always struck me more as the coming out party for Richard Dreyfus. He basically starts the trend of playing himself in every movie here. Not that that's bad, I love Dreyfus. He's basically me.
