I have some koni FSD shocks. Had them about a year now on the stock springs. Plan on ordering some new H&R springs and get those fitted.

My suspension has been sounding pretty rough.. what other parts should I swap out while doing the springs? I mean down to the rubber bushings and shit...

I do not want to go to the saab stealership, or my indy mechanic who charges stealership rates. Anyone have a good recommendation for a place to work on a "foreign" GM ala a saab?

My SF has 91K on it.

I do'nt really know what you want. 91k miles is nothing on springs, they basically last forever. 91k miles is also too early to really replace your bushings, considering its a huge hassle. Given that you already replaced your shocks (quite early) I'm not sure what you're going for. If you want a big handling improvement get thicker roll bars, maybe some lower tie bars, and possibly strut tower braces.

Seriously though, you own a Saab...a mid-sized FWD sedan. If you really want good handling buy a more sporting car

^ My car handles more than adequate and I can throw it around... my point for the work is not to make it MORE sporty. My issue in the OP is that I am hearing a lot of noises. Ended up having to go to the dealership this morning for a quick oil change (they are actually cheaper than my indy, fucking crazy) and asked for them to look over my suspension.

They told me all the components looked good, bushings look pretty beat up. Perhaps my noises are more related to the wheels (hub assembly?) maybe? They threw up some grease and put me out on my way.

Going over bumps the car sounds like it bottoms out too (which it does not).

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Given 90k miles yeah, your bushings could be getting worn out and loose. Replacing them all could be the only solution to give it the "as new" feel. That being the case, replacing the bushings is pretty labor intensive and not cheap.

Cool, no worries... guess I will eventually get to replacing those. Any recommendations for a place to go?

No I don't, but I'd be happy if someone else knew a good (cheap) place for that. My Integra desparately needs new bushings as well (281k miles on original bushings). I'm just reluctant b/c it costs an arm and a leg.

If you're performance minded look for polyurethane bushings. They're stiffer with less flex, however they're occasionally known to squeak so you might not like that.
