Hi! I am looking for a female roommate who is responsible and respectful but also friendly. The townhome is about 8 minutes from NCSU and is very nice with hardwood floors and a nice outside deck. It is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. Rent is all-inclusive. Roommate would be a very nice vet student with two cats (additional pets would need to be discussed). Townhome complex has a pool and is within walking distance to Lake Johnson. im not interested, though your ad is not very helpful to those who are looking for a place....your ad doesnt mention rent price, sqft, size of the bedroom, what complex its in, maybe pictures? important stuff like that.....
