Name some social science and humanities courses you have taken that have few tests, no homework, no projects, no papers or 1 paper to write at most, some or no attendance taken, no class participation for a grade, no reading of books required, and 300 level or below. Basically go to class and take notes and all of the tests come notes.so far I've heard these classes are like that anyone taken them?PSY 311PS 335HI 364[Edited on March 29, 2010 at 10:38 AM. I still need 12 hrs of electives and I want to balance the classes that require lots of work (I have about 5 400 level classes I am required to take) so what is the problem?

developmental psych with Halberstadt (psy376) - easy (requires very little time and effort), interesting, and perhaps even useful.soc342 - International Development w/Terry. No papers, no class attendance necessary, just read the books and know that she is LOVES dictators and communists, and you'll past the tests. You can read each book the night before the exam (each exam covers one book - a regular book, not a text book). But I think psy 376 would be more interesting and useful.

Eng 221 with Kellner was pretty awesome. You had to write a short like 1 page paper most weeks (I think you got some control over which weeks), but otherwise no other homework, no quizzes, no tests. But attendance was a major part of the grade. It was as low stress of a class as they come. It was very much like doing a class for credit only, except you get an A at the end.Intro to Pysch was pretty easy. Its been a while since I had it so I don't remember all the specifics, but it was all multiple choice exams and an easy A.[Edited on March 30, 2010 at 5:38 PM. Reason : .]

You should use those electives more wisely. Like getting a minor or taking some more advanced courses in your major. Internships/Entry-level jobs like those courses more than just random courses that don't mean anything.

The whole point of electives is to take random courses and explore other fields. Easy A's are much more important to me so I might as well use the electives to my advantage. Trying to make Summa Cum Laude after all.

^^^^ I had him last semester. He was pretty easy. Just pay attention and attend the class.

or perhaps you just don't know any. i wish I had more free elective hours to use. Having a B.S., I didn't really have many built into my requirements.I took several classes that I simply wanted to take. And a few that didn't count toward my degree at all, not even as free electives.
