Rent is 1250 a month for 4 or 3 people. Separate leases. Landlord is awesome and he is a wolfwebber.
3.5 bedrooms (one doesn't have its own closet, but is the second biggest room) 2.5 bathrooms.

You get your own room, maybe your own bathroom. 2 car garage can fit like 4 cars in the driveway and 3 street passes. Off Lineberry. Dogs welcome, no puppies. Porch on the back. Back yard. Sweet ass sound system down stairs.


Current tennants: 2 dudes, 1 chick, 1 AstralAdvent. 1 dude 1 chick probably moving out some time in the summer. We are fairly quiet after 9pm or so. Usually party elsewhere. None of us have friends.

Is there a TV? How about furnature? What are room sizes? I'm assuming that rent would be prorated based on the size of room/private bath? What is house square footage? What about volume?
