Here's an overview of both:Computer 1 (was my linuxbox in school, built from the egg in 2003):Antec Tower Case (Beige) - http://www.thg.ru/howto/20020521/images/antecfront.jpgAntec True 430 PSUAbit IC7-G MaxIIIntel 2.4C1GB Corsair XMSRadeon X850Computer 2 (built in 2002):Generic Case Mid tower case w/ PSUAlthon 1800XPRadeon 9700 PRO - passive cooler.Leadtek TV/FM Tuner1GB of RAMAll still working. Well kept (every 6 months they were cleaned of dust), probably why they still run. Both were running linux.I'll throw extra stuff in them for free as my computer closet is getting a 10 year overhaul. No harddisks though. (if interested, like optical drives, video cards, ide controllers, etc... stuff that is probably more donate worthy part wise)

^ yeah, if your brand new to overclocking and want practice very cheap before doing it on your i7, it's a perfect testbed. or just want a stable box to try other OSes.... my point is to fuel a ncsu student's interest cheap. it's not free b/c i get scared of the free-crowd (they take anything...very zombie-esque :-) ) and you deal with whining of who can show up first.[Edited on February 20, 2010 at 12:10 PM.
