I need people that are familiar with Visa programs and what not to help me with a few questions I have...anyone on here that is familiar or works with that? or can put me through to someone?

My husband and I just bought a house and almost used a FHA loan. What turned us away was the monthly mortgage insurance payment due to the low down payment for the loan.
