I'm moving away and I have a room available for sublease through July at University Village. Rent and utilities are $400 per month. Rent through February is taken care of and I'll pay up front $45 per month of the rent to knock it down from $445 to $400 per month. The apartment is clean and well kept. Roommates are quiet, friendly males. Cable and internet are free.
