This is in Raleigh Towne Apartments, which is located at the intersection of Wade and Glenwood and within walking distance to Fletcher Park and Glenwood South. Although called apartments, it is a 2 story townhouse. You would have the smaller bedroom with it's own bathroom. Rent is $890 total per month - I would go $420 for the smaller bedroom. The only utilities are cable/internet and electricity. Heat is included - utilities never go over $100 each and hover around $75 each now.

I am a 26 year old professional and have a fairly timid small shepherd mix. Other dogs are welcome, but the rent goes up another $20. Male or female roommate welcome. You will be able to move in by the end of February. PM me with questions!
