Neat little thing I found today. Eff is doing a self survey of how unique your browser is by what it reveals when asking for a webpage. Unique = trackable

Big rule they say is turn off JavaScript and you become very anonymous. WIth it on, you tend to be very unique by the info you reveal.

Im unique with JS on (I run no script so its normally off). Im 1 in 18400 with it off.

Wow, I hadn't thought to use Fonts installed and Plugins installed as a method of unique identification. Interesting.

Used chrome on default settings, got:

if you actually look into the stats, the plugins are what uniquifies your browser

^ true. System fonts do a close second.

With NoScript on my desktop, at least now, im 1 in 775. With it off, im unique.

1 in 7000 with NoScript on.

Weird, Having firefox 3.6 seems to not be a unique thing.
