my company is looking to hire one or two sales reps for a small commercial cleaning business here in Raleigh.

our primary targets are office buildings and retail. typically the contracts on the service are one year or more.

compensation will be commission based, 1099 and works out to about 10% of the value of the job/month.

for example, one of our current contracts is a one year contract on a 40,000 sf building. the monthly invoice to the customer is ~$4000. your pay would be $400 on that contract for that month for the duration of the contract. you get the lead, get us in the door and we will present the bid.
