If my C drive has XP, D drive has Vista, when I install 7 on the third physical drive is it going to let me pick from all 3 when I cut the computer on???

boot.ini should allow this to happen. You should be able to edit it a bit to give 15 seconds (or whatever you deem appropriate) and pick the installation on each drive. And, you can also specify a default if the 15 seconds expires.

ahaha remember floppy disks, when you had like 15 of them to do a windows install
