What are you planning on using it for? If gaming, pay $100 for the best video card available for AGP:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102730&cm_re=radeon_3850_agp-_-14-102-730-_-ProductOtherwise, again let us know what you need it for and can probably dig something up.

I just need it to run WoW decently. A $100 video card would be more expensive than the computer I'm selling them, plus they're on a budget. Thanks though!

I would probably go with something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150107Is this a computer you built for someone? I didn't know you could even by motherboards with AGP slots still...Edit: Cheaper one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814143040[Edited on December 11, 2009 at 12:24 PM.
