It is against university policy to sell them.Try contacting transportation as people will be graduating and selling them back.

What are the closest permits to The Court of Carolina while we're on the subject? North Hall? Can you get a North Hall permit without being a resident there?

North hall is DE around the building (or RE or whatever its called now) which you must be an East campus resident to obtain. The big parking lot beside it is B, which is an employee lot (and the toughest employee spots to get, C is much easier)

Coliseum is the closest you can get. It's actually really close, walk through a tunnel, through the field house, up the stairs by SAS, and you're there.

I already told you this in the Lounge, Netstorm. You must walk! Exercise is glorious

I can get you a parking pass for the court of carolinas. the permit requires that you park in the grass and not on sidewalk and that you do not block pedestrian accesses, such as benches.$600

Just be smooth and learn the close, free, all-day parking spaces near campus instead of buying a permit
