Please, no 'tude. I'm just in no hurry to sell, and hearing retail prices doesn't really help or hinder. Buy it if you want, don't if you don't want to. No one is forcing...and no one low balls themself, realistically, I expect a LOT less than what I'm asking, but no harm in starting out high (basic concept of selling on these things.)
