I currently have Roadrunner Internet for $41.95/month but I've come to the point where I would like to look into how much it would cost to get cable and possible also a landline phone. What are the best packages out there that people are getting?I thought I saw Time Warner running a promotion for bundling all three but the prices below don't seem to be a deal.Internet - Time Warner Roadrunner $41.95/month - DSL? - Clearwire?Cable - Time Warner Digital Cable $49.95/monthSatellite - DirectTV for $29.99/month?Phone - Time Warner Digital Phone $24.95 to $39.95/month - AT&T/Bellsouth $??.???

1. You should have probably posted this in Tech Talk.2. I see you also frequent City-Data's forums and are quite proficient in copy/paste, haha.3. Get U-Verse for all your cable, internet, and phone needs.http://www.brentroad.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=549322andhttp://www.att.com/u-verse[Edited on November 22, 2009 at 4:44 AM. Reason : -]

bundling is going to get you only so far. if you want to include phone service, for example, a bundle is going to probably be a bad idea. get vonage or something similar separately. they offer the same unlimited phone service as Time Warner Cable, at about $15 less per month.

It was way cheaper for me to not bundle. If you can get a new customer promo from DirecTV or Dish Network, Get TWC road runner promo, and then get Vonage or Majic Jack you will save some serious. $$$$I signed up for U Verse recently and am not that impressed. I am probably not going to keep it.

if you're in the minuscule operating area I hear U-Verse is the heat. Outside of that you need to check some options:a) If you're picky about low pings and fast, reliable service on your internet consider Time Warnerb) If you care more about your TV than internet check into Centurylink/Dish Network (fantastic bundles that never go to higher rate.)c) U-VerseFor me I used the Time Warner interwebs (like a 7 or 10 MBit connection), Sprint phone, and use Dish Network TV ('cause TurboHD is dirt cheap.) The free HD on Time Warner doesn't look as clean to me, but then again, free=free.
