You can repost the add every 48 hours, or reword it and post more frequently. There are probably many hundreds of car ads posted every day. A car ad will fall off the front page in less than a hour. Bump the ad at times people will be reading them(not 11:50 pm, 7pm is good, or whatever time people get bored at work like 3pm)

Listing your phone number will get more results...and more crazies.
