I am a local artist looking for open mic nights that I might be able to participate in. I heard that Chapel Hill has one on Tuesdays but did not receive any further information other than that there was a cash prize for winning. If anyone could provide details that would be amazing. Boogaloo Green's (in Chapel Hill on Rosemary) does hip-hop open mics. You have to pay to perform though, and you get something like two or three minutes.

I met some hot girls there one time, but they all had boyfriends who just weren't there that night. I totally understand why they couldn't give me their numbers though since they were all taken.
