I don't think Diggler works for BMW anymore. Have you trying talking to Jordan at MPowered Automotive?

Well, we have a conversion with the DME looking for some stuff that is no longer attached to the car. There are codes for this in the DME, but they're not emissions related. I need the DME to not look for the control unit anymore. I have a tune that can be flashed into the DME.

I'm speaking with Jordan, he's a friend of mine... Will update.

PS: DMV is a pain!

69 would be referring to a possible problem with a cat delete or something like that. the DME would be giving a check engine light, and a custom flash would solve said problem.

although i'm pretty sure that i never saw a check engine light when i drove the ///Meh Mobile, so i'm not exactly sure what ahmet's problem is.

The only thing the dealer can do is program the DME with the most current software for that DME. The only modules that can be changed up are those on the MOST bus in later model cars.....but options are limited with them too. (mostly creature comfort crap).

If you have a specific question........shoot me a PM.

Thanks for the offer, it appears that we got it worked out though I do appreciate it. It was on the silver car btw, not mine.

The issue was with custom programming, not involving emissions stuff, just body computers -though it did throw a non CEL activating code (actually 5 of them), which caused the DMV to not allow the car to be inspected. In the end though, after several battles that were won by the DMV, the war is over, and we won! Though the car doesn't have stability control anymore -not that they were any good.
