it's stuck in the pinch joint in the hubwhich first, i had to drill out the bolt holding it in because the bolt head snapped off and once i got the bolt drilled out, the pinch joint cracked on the hubi have a spare, which has the retaining bolt head snapped off also (by the previous owner)

damn what kinda car is this? ball joints have always been trivial, but it sounds liek you have some extra hurdles to jump through

yah, connected it to the A-arm and strut and 10 or 12 smacks with the BFH took care of it

put the hub in a vice and cut the bolt in half at the pinch joint, then drilled the threaded side out and tapped the bolt shaft outtook like 45 minutes

those bolts are soft as hell, i noticed that last time i had to do the same thing, a dull ass hss bit will cut it like butter
