nah FUCK THATBuell was the only part of Harley looking into the future and they were some sick bikes indeed. They had more personality than any bikes this side of boutique Italian brands. Fuck they had more personality than some Ducatis or MV Agustas. Maybe not the fastest or the most realiable (mostly due to the shitty ass HD engine to begin with), but defenitely the sickkkestRIP BuellI really hope someone buys them out and gives them a future[Edited on October 15, 2009 at 4:31 PM. They already had that Rotax... but what they really need is a sexy twin/V-Four, it fits in there so perfect. HONDUHHHH PLZ HALP

This makes me hate HD even more. I'm not saying everyone should ride a dedicated sport bike(I wouldn't, even if I could afford one), but it's really sad to see Harley kill the part of their brand that wasn't fucking chromed out, old fuck status symbol machines with engine design lifted from the old testament. If harley wants to make those bikes, fine, but it's just a stab in the heart to see them scrap their only forward thinking motorcycles. A bunch of progressive mother fuckers, ain't they?

I thought that Buell was independent and only bought engines from HD. At any rate, this blows. Erik Buell has brought out some amazing machines.I love the idea of that stone age engine in a high tech sport bike. Did any of you ever see that bike that Fritz Egli built using an HD engine? SICK. Egli has done some damn cool bikes including one with the CBX engine. UBER SICK.
