Once again, I have a bit of an overstock. Mostly servers, but a good supply of laser printers and networking equipment as well. If you need anything in particular PM me, I have more stuff than I'm going to bother listing.First, the servers:1: Dell PowerEdge 2650 2USpecifications:

are they cisco switches and routers?
10/4/2009 10:28:26 PM
Well, yeah . . . .
10/4/2009 10:34:54 PM
Quick question. Do you have the Cisco routers and switches setup to work together or are they coming from 2 different venues? If this is plug & play type system I've got a building that already has the wiring, they just took all the network equipment with them
10/5/2009 10:52:58 AM
managed networking gear is never plug and play.
10/5/2009 11:59:32 AM
yea, I know. But if they are coming from production where they we matched it could save a little headache since we have an incredibly simple setup.
10/5/2009 12:04:03 PM
They're all from the same venue, but don't know if they're already setup to interconnect. Even if they were, it'd probably be a lot simpler to just strip the configs and put in your own routing tables rather than figure out how they worked together before. Also, I have three Cisco 2651 routers with 32F/64D as well if anybody needs something that can run IOS 12.4 (You'd have to bump the ram a bit I think).

Just found another 2GB of DDR2 ECC Reg ram in a corner of my workroom, so the PowerEdge 850 comes with 3GB ram now. Same price.

I might be able to take some of this off of your hands. I'll let you know.Does your buddy still want a Phaser 850dn? Would it even be worth it to you to test/examine/clean?
10/5/2009 6:54:04 PM
Sure, just let me know. Don't take too long though, looks like some stuff is going to move on Craigslist pretty fast (especially the Cisco gear).Might still want the 850DN . . . . my brother ended up getting an 8550 from me, but 850's are nice for the free ink, heh.
10/5/2009 9:30:42 PM
If all other offers fall through, I'll lowball the 8500DN and put $200 on it.
10/5/2009 10:11:09 PM
Def have to get a bit more than that for the 8500 . . . . too much work went into it and spent $200 just on all the extra ink not but two months ago.
10/5/2009 10:23:23 PM
Ill do 25 on one of the 3500 switches. How much you want for the 2651? Is it XM or base model?
10/6/2009 12:20:58 PM
All the 2651's just went on eBay for $80 a pop. I'd do $35 for the 3500 switch if that works for you.
10/6/2009 11:01:28 PM
Blah, all this stuff is going to be gone by next week isn't it
10/6/2009 11:12:23 PM
At this rate yeah, probably. What kind of timetable are you working on?
10/6/2009 11:49:23 PM
Next weekend probably. It's definitely not a huge deal and I don't want you to think about holding anything though.
10/7/2009 12:27:15 AM
PM sent...please check.
10/8/2009 12:29:21 AM
Will you take $25 for a Switch?
10/8/2009 8:15:37 AM
