5K race benefiting the Ronald McDonald House. It's a 5K run or walk. Registration costs $20.00 per person. Breakfast and tee-shirt is provided .


If long distance running is not your thing (like myself), then you can sign up for the 1 mile run or walk for $8.00.

Good luck if you decide to do the race. So far they have 174 folks registered and their goal is to get 200 participants this year.

I forgot to post the time. Be at the health club by 8:15am Saturday morning September 26.


If you are running the one mile version of the race it starts at 9am, and the 5K people will take their starting spots ten minutes later.
