Does anyone have any contacts for a good contractor that does reliable work and wont over charge.. I am in the brier creek area. Basically dealing with wood rot and some structual damage Thanks!

James Gahrmann has done work at my house a few times. Very good guy and very honest. Probably some of the best pricing you're going to find around here.

Save some money by hiring your own subcontractors and pulling the permits yourself.
