Planes, Trains, and Automobiles was a good movie.I'm down for another one!
9/17/2010 10:52:03 PM
Haha I thought it was pretty entertaining. I don't think it trumped the Hangover but I'll definitely see it again.
11/5/2010 11:28:30 PM
A+, would see again.
11/6/2010 12:45:50 AM
^^ Totally agree. Good movie, still not as good as Hangover though.
11/6/2010 11:39:42 AM
Pretty funny movie, especially if you enjoy galifianakis, awkward type humor. But sometimes I forget how funny Downey Jr. can be too."I don't even remember doing that, I just saw red."
11/7/2010 3:36:34 PM
Just saw it again, still lulzy
11/7/2010 9:12:19 PM
Is this really worth it? I don't know, it looks like a lot of typical comedy tropes with some rehashed Downey/Galifianakis characters. My girlfriend reeeeeally wants to see it because she loves Califianakis (his stand-up more than his acting, but whatever).
11/7/2010 10:55:44 PM
Just tell me that they didn't use all the jokes in the trailer...because it looks like they did, and even those aren't extremely funny. I'm waiting for more of my friends to go see it and see what their opinions are. Too many movies right now that I want to see...don't want this one to be a waste.
11/8/2010 7:37:37 AM
IMO, there were quite a few bits that weren't in the trailer. Yeah, most of the storyline can be pieced together for the trailer, but it's not hard to figure out it's a movie going from point A to point B with "oh shits" along the way.
11/8/2010 3:35:01 PM
This movie looks like nothing special. Is Zach the new Will Ferrell, where he plays the same character and all of his movies are basically the same damn thing?
11/8/2010 4:56:13 PM
looks funny, might have to go see this.
11/8/2010 5:49:24 PM
nighttime, in the car, at the rest stop.......funniest part to me.Thought it was funny, but not "holy cow" funny
11/9/2010 2:27:59 PM
I thought this movie was absolutely terrible and I could not wait for it to end. Save your money.SPOILER:The part when he spit in the dog's face was pretty awesome though. I put spoiler because it was one of the only parts of the movie.
11/14/2010 12:46:16 PM
I am interested in seeing this.
11/15/2010 1:32:58 AM
do itlols abound
11/15/2010 1:36:57 AM
Pretty much sucked. The parts in the trailer that weren't really that funny continued to be not really funny. It had a few hearty laughs, but Zach G.'s schtick is getting pretty old. He has to be surrounded by an extremely funny cast and a better script (Hangover) for his stuff to work. Definitely wasn't happening here.

11/29/2010 9:08:07 AM
Loved when he punched the little kid in the stomach!
11/29/2010 12:17:16 PM
worth seeing... it goes pretty much how you think it would but its still pretty funny
12/1/2010 1:06:37 PM
tttttttt
3/7/2011 1:48:42 AM
I just like how they tie RDJ's dram about the bear into galifianakis acting like a bear.funny movie
3/7/2011 1:54:52 AM
I recently watched this and Dinner for Schmucks. They are remarkably similar with the whole annoying-guy-pushing-the-normalish-guy-to-the-brink thing. They were both moderately funny but nothing to write home about. Danny McBride was pretty good in Due Date.I watched a couple of the bonus features for Due Date, and it was kinda pitiful to hear RDJ claim that "in a very calculated way, I think we may have stumbled on a classic." But whatever, they always sound dumb/self-important in the bonus features...they can't really help it.[Edited on March 7, 2011 at 2:08 PM. Reason : Stick "in my opinion" in front of all these sentences. I don't wanna accuse anybody of being wrong.]
3/7/2011 2:07:39 PM
This was pretty clearly a rushed attempt to capitalize on the success of The Hangover. It was better than Dinner for Schmucks though, which was aggressively unfunny for like 90% of it's runtime. [Edited on March 7, 2011 at 2:25 PM. Reason : .]
3/7/2011 2:18:15 PM
god yes ^. Dinner for Schmucks was painfully bad.
3/7/2011 2:52:24 PM
AHA, I didn't think it was good or anything, but I definitely preferred it to Due Date.I was really into the mice though. Those little guys were the best.
