I didn't get a good look but who were the three tattoos at the end? I think I saw Sylar and Peter, but was the chick Claire or was it Tracy?

Looks like this season the acting got even worse, the special effects budget took another cut, and they've increased product placement.

I really liked the interactions between Sylar and Parkman, the rest of it was eh.

And btw...what 14 year olds fall in love at a carnival and are still together when they are pushing 30? Shit never works out that way. And who dates for 14 years without getting married?

thought it was pretty okay. at least the direction they're going is somewhat interesting. claire was way less annoying and so was ali larter. you people just love to hate on heroes.

so was that whole dial-a-hero thing just a way to get in huge sprint product placement or what?

it would have been better if they would have kept the show to 1 hour
it was just waaaaay to long and drawn out. i found myself FF through dialog several times b/c i just didnt care

i do welcome T-Bag to the show though

there is an element of that at play...and that goes for almost any long running show around here. its the same thing as that band's album never being as good as their first, it's inevitable in most cases. no reason to hate on everything after it just because it's not like the first time you saw/heard it...

that being said, it seems like the plot has chilled out some...i got sick of heros last year cause you never knew who was bad and who was good..too many characters, too many plot lines, too much time travel. thus far, ive found it easier to watch

i was a bit confused about the sylar/nathan petrelli thing... i don't think they explained that well enough.

nathan died, sylar was still alive. they put nathan's consciousness into sylar's now-shapeshifted body so that essentially, nathan is alive again, except nathan has all of sylar's powers (because he's sylar). however, sylar's mind is now in parkman.

yeah, it's sort of stupid, but this season is easily the most promising since season one.

sylar was great in the group therapy meeting, i also rather enjoyed parkman's good cop/bad cop all in one

i however do not enjoy parkman being such a jealous little bitch. he was all in love with daphne, the second she died he got back with his ex wife, and now he's the over protective "i wasn't there before so now i have to overcompensate for it" pussy.

anyway matt didn't put nathan's mind in sylar's body. sylar already had a lot of nathan's memories from another power he picked up (feed to him by momma petrelli). matt just convinced sylar that he is nathan, so i'm guessing one way or another sylar's comming out with or without matt's help. matt is seeing sylar in his mind because he still believes that what he did was wrong.

Well, I finally watched this last night, and afterwards hit "cancel all future recordings"

Once again the only thing that was interesting this episode was Sylar, but it's just not worth wasting my time anymore with it.

this was the best line exchange the series ever had:

A) Hayden may get it on with her roommate
B) Sylar is a bad motherfucker
C) I find Hiro to be particularly enjoyable
D) Noah Bennett reminds me of the guy that takes care of the band in Metalocalypse, and that's funny
E) shit man, its just some pulp television, I'll take my superhero fix where I can get it.

and you're drawing the line at a deaf girl that can see soundwaves? so cellular regeneration, flying, knowing the history of objects by touching them, painting the future, etc, were all fine and dandy, but some bitch sees colors and that's bogus?

Yes. And we will. "

This was back in an interview in March with Heroes writers.

They are definitely having a lesbian angle with Claire.

I'm assuming tonight will focus an Hiro and Ando again, so I'm going to ask this to get it out of the way...

How was going back in time to stop teenage Hiro from listening to the fortune teller supposed to stop him from getting his powers? And doesn't the whole Ando with Hiro's sister change a lot of things? Such as the season 1 timeline where Ando ditches Hiro to go find Nicki Sanders? I know that some men in happy relationships still watch women strip on the interwebs but would he still have been driven to go find her in person?

The show just keeps digging more holes.

I think Peter has to want to take the power. Before he lost everything he could just pick it up but now he has to touch them and concentrate.

Except that he accidentally gained someones powers at teh begining of the last volume in a plane by just touching them. Fail show is fail. I stopped at the begining of that volume after seeing what they were doing with Peter.

He can only have one power, but now he chooses if he wants to absorb the power or not.

The writers hinted that he will eventually confront Sy-than again and steal Sylar's power, giving him some of his old powers back

The site I used to read weekly heroes updates (comic book resource) has apparently stopped carrying those articles, so I guess it is obviously slowly dying out

I caught the last 10 minutes of last night's while waiting for the wife so we could start watching DVRed Fringe, and I wasn't impressed...I pretty much hate all of the characters now except for Sylar
