To the potential renter,

I am currently living in a 3-bedroom house with 2 female NCSU vet school students. They have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 ferrets. Unfortunately, I also have a dog that loves to chase the cats. As a result, I am looking for someone to take over my lease.

The house has hardwood floors, furnished living room (my roommate's furniture), backyard with fence, parking. The bedroom you will be taking has its own private bath, and is reasonably large (somewhere around 12' x 14').

The lease extends to July 15, and your share of rent is $400. I am also offering to give away my share of the deposit, so no worries there.

Obviously, I would like you to meet my roommates and their pets to make sure everyone gets along. Pending that, the room is available almost immediately (I need time to move out =) ).

When would you need to have someone take over the lease? Where is it located? How much are utilities normally?

My sister is looking for something at the end of September/beginning of October.
