I'm living in a house, and planning on studying abroad Spring of 2010. I want to sublease my Master bedroom (~280 sq ft) with large closet and own bathroom to someone for $450/mo. The room is on the first floor at 2521 Trailwood Hills Dr., close to campus, and other apartment complexes. It's a great house, with hardwood floor living room and vaulted ceiling living room with my bedroom having a huge ceiling. I live with two guys (one graduated and the other a senior at NCSU) and one girl (senior at NCSU). They are great roommates...party every once in a while (once-twice a weekend) and pretty chill.

Because I'll just be gone for the spring, I want to sublease the room with furniture in it (including a desk/dresser/futon bed/chair) with any/all of the furniture staying when I go abroad.

PS When I'm gone, my 46" 120Hz TV is staying wall mounted in the living room, the leather couches are comfy as hell, the surround sound is staying and is ridiculous, the grill is staying. It's a great setup
