Hey yall, im a senior at State, and I own my condo at Lake Park and live there currently with my other roommate who goes to wake tech.

I got 2 open rooms currently. $300/mo each + split utilities.
Short term leases are fine.

Its a 3rd floor unit, pretty quite. During the day, my room mate and I are usually in school or at work, and our unit is very clean. During the week, its pretty quite. Were both 21, and go downtown/get drunk on the weekends, so you should be cool about partying/loud on the weekends.

Currently i got a sweet projector setup in the living room and a lot of couches. Also, full kitchen setup. The apt is furnished except for your own rooms.

There are 2 sweet volleyball courts and an awesome basketball court there (and a small pool..but its a joke).
