Hi guys! I know this might belong in classified, but I feel like this could also apply to the lounge. So thanks in advance for reading this!!Recently when I was doing volunteer work in Grenada, I met another volunteer from France who is extremely interested in coming to the States (US)- in the spring- to get an internship in environmental science and/or biology. (specfically- epidemiology research. but he also is interested in water conservation and botanical sciences)I feel like RTP would be a great area for this sort of thing. in addition to browsing online career postings, etc, I wanted to see if any of you know about firms, research centers, or companies that would be optimal an international citizen looking for an internship ???this guy is super smart and ambitious, and i think NC would be the best place in the US for him to be. (this guy is also looking into coming to NCSU as an international student, but the internship is more of a priority because his school in France "requires" the internship to be completed within the next year or so, before he can receive what is similar to our "technical degree.")Again, thanks so much for reading this and I would appreciate anything helpful!!
