Hey, this new ferrari unveiling happened over 24 hours ago and nobody posted yet? Has anyone seen OEPII recently? Maybe we should organize a search party.

IMO, the most viscerally desirable ferrari since the F355. smaller and lighter than the f430 by about 150 lbs (at 3042 lb, but the scuderia was actually lighter, at 2976), and with a 4.5L version of the v8 tuned to 562 hp, with a 9k redline. It's got a bit of Lotus Evora and RCR/Superlite SL-C in the sides, with a mix of enzo, lotus evora and elise and F430 at the back, and while it looks like the front end still retains the dual radiators of the 360 and F430, it thankfully lost the horrible nostril look of the F430 for a porsche- and lamborghini-like recessed region that gives the impression of a single "mouth," which looks significantly more like the rest of the ferraris, 612 and 599, than the f430 ever did.

I'm pretty sure these are the same wheels as on the F430 Scuderia Spider 16M. You can really tell just how much smaller the new car is:

Unlike the c6 Z06, you don't need beaucoup horsepower to make up for shortcomings in the handling department...

i feel like it needs 4 tail lights, rather than 2 and one less/more exhaust tip. i also sort of feel it needs some type of side scoop on the rear fender but maybe i'm just so used to looking at the 360 and f430. either way kudos to ferrari.

The more I see photos of this car in auto magazines the less impressed I am. It's a very sterile and unemotional looking design, which to me is the opposite of what a Ferrari should be.

I'm sure it'll blow the doors off just about everything out there, but its disheartening to hear that its unavailable with 3 pedals (lame). And its shameful that the smallest car Ferrari makes still weighs more than 3200lbs. It's all a nonissue since I'll never be able to afford one, but just the same as a lifelong fan of Ferrari I'm not happy with their current lineup of automobiles.

Without a doubt I'd rather have a Gallardo over a 458 Italia, and a Murcielago over a 599. Never before have I really felt that way. Disappointing
