Need to sublease room in apartment at University Woods off of Trailwood. It is a 4 bed/ 4 bath apt with three 20 year old females who attend NC State. The apartment is fully furnished due to three roommates already living in the apartment with a full kitchen and washer and dryer included. Sits directly across from the CAT bus line 11 (Avent Ferry). Less than five minutes from campus.

Rent is $395 per month which includes electricity, water, and internet. Cable is split between all four roommates and usually costs less than $15 per person per month.

Need sublease for entire year. August- July 2010. Must pass credit and criminal background check through The Preiss Company to sublease. Application fee for the Preiss Company is $180. If you pass the credit and criminal checks, I will reimburse you the application fee.
