I need software that will convert a series of jpeg images from a webcam and convert them to some commonly used video format. I need software with: 1) controllable video compression (uncompressed AVI is way too large) and output resolution2) the ability to accept a large number of input files (hundreds or thousands)3) controllable settings for how long a single image gets displayed (30/second to 1/second)(4) either a batch processing feature or that runs from the command line.I don't have a large preference for windows versus *nix, but if it is *nix based I need to be able to install it without the root password.Basically I have a webcam pointing out of my office window that takes a picture every minute. I'd like to string all the images together into a time-lapse video. My searching hasn't turned up any software that will do everything that I would like.

While Super looks promising, does anyone know of one that will handle more than 999 images.
