Hey guys,I did a search and couldnt find anything that I am looking for. I am wanting to get back into playing some online poker. I noticed that most of my credit cards will not work anymore on bodog. Have they figured out how to eliminate us from playing for real money online? Can anyone give me some insight if there is a new way of having to do it now? Thanks

Paying money to someone to facilitate gambling is illegal in most places in the US. Common misconception is that gambling is illegal, but it is not. To get around this, offshore corporations who wanted to charge fees to gamblers set up gambling websites in international areas. At 1st they were hard to regulate this, but as always the gov't found a way. What they do is prohibit your credit card company from paying the gambling website by tagging the credit card code. Often these websites will change their code frequently enough to avoid being "caught" That is why bodog wont take ur card.
