Where could I find it easily in Raleigh? Pep boy's site sux and advance/autozone didn't have many options...

I also want it to shorten the length of the stick..

Best bet: Summit or Jegs. The standard shitter, I mean shifter, bolts into the top of the tranny, not a really good way to shorten the throw without doing a lot of fab. So buy one. It is the better route.

if you get any shifter it should be the steeda Tri ax. best shifter hands down. Be sure to adjust the bumps correctly.

also there is a new tuner shop off of greshem lake road, called PCM. good guys up there, and their prices are pretty good

Be for you get yanked again. i pretty much have tested out every shifter, ive had about 6 mustangs, all with a 3650, or tremec. and ive only liked the steeda.
