Does TT know anything about the millions of Hong Kong, INC DVR security systems out there? The units I'm dealing with have to be somewhat decent at performing their jobs, but the actual DVR management software included is HORRIBLE to the point where a client is considering a complete overhaul only for a slightly more manageable interface.

Are these things compatible with any number of viewers/software packages?

pretty sure hongkong never invents the wheel, they just copy it cheaply. my guess is nothing you have is proprietary
