here's the short of the long of it:
25 yr old, nonsmoker, clean
works out of town 99% of the time, literally home 6 days a month
only furniture i have is bed/shelves

looking for:
prefer house/condo, no university/student apts (i don't care if you're students, just not a cheap complex)
also prefer the highest residential internet since i currently dont have cable and use my htpc/ps3 setup alot when i am home
needs to have washer/dryer

i'm looking to negotiate some sort of arrangement that makes sense where I'm not paying 1/x of things like cable and electricity. it should more reflect the fact that i'm only there 1 week out of the month.
