my wedding is saturday (june 6) and we still haven't settled on a father-daughter song. my dad LOVES jimmy buffett and the song "little miss magic" is perfect, except it has a harmonica solo in the middle for about a minute and it makes it kinda long. our dj can't cut it up and make it sound right. is there anybody here who can do this?? i have garageband, which i assume can do it, but have never used it/don't know how to work it, and don't have time to learn it.i'm in rocky mount btw so delivering a cd wouldn't work. i can give you money for itunes or whatever and a couple extra bucks for your work, unless you won't to be really awesome and do it for free.

i'm pretty sure you can do this quickly and simply with audacityhttp://audacity.sourceforge.net/i realize you're asking for help...i just thought you might want to give that a shot in the meantime, since i remember it being pretty simple[Edited on June 2, 2009 at 11:19 AM. Reason : .]

http://dejaviews.org/f/tww/LittleMissMagicShort.mp3http://dejaviews.org/f/tww/LittleMissMagicShort.wavI cut the solo and repetitive verses to get it to 2:30. The wav might take a while to upload, but that's the one to use for CD burn.I'd be ashamed to call myself a DJ if I couldn't edit a simple two instrument song with frequent pauses.
