I am looking to sublet a room in my townhouse from June 1, 2009-Aug 28, 3009.

The rent for the two story 1200 square ft. townhome is $655 and that includes all utilities (internet/cable, water/sewage, electric). Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

The townhouse comes with a private deck area, located in a very quiet neighborhood(its surrounding by other grad students, and young professional couples), there is a washer/dryer unit on the 2nd floor, lots of storage space, and your room comes with its own full bathroom. Part of the rent covers our payment into a housing association, which takes cares of exterior issues, pest control, lawn care, etc.
You will have three total parking spots available to use for the summer.

It's located in Carrboro, NC and it's a 3 min. drive from UNC's campus. The townhouse is right down the road from Carrboro High School. It's a 8 min drive to the beltline. We are on the J-busline for UNC and it comes every 15 min. for pick up. Only a 20 min. drive to Raleigh. Its only a 15 min. drive to RDU International Airport.
