im super excited about this and hope to god they dont fuck this up.

I was a huge fan of this series as a kid and hope this remake does the series justice.

"I’ll be honest, when I first heard that they were making a new “V” TV show I thought it was a dumb idea and that it would come off more cheesy than believable in this day and age. So, I just passed it off. Well, after checking out the trailer… V is officially on the top of my list for next season’s must-see TV. Wow, this looks great!

The political and religious aspects work really well, and I think, will be the highlights of the show (a la Battlestar Galactica). I remember being creeped out watching the original show as a kid, and the new one has a surprisingly high dose of creep out as well. And to top it all off, Smallville’s super hot Laura Vandervoort and Firefly’s foxy Morena Baccarin are regular cast members. Can’t wait!"

I believe I saw Juliet from Lost and Omar from The Wire in the trailer...looks like it could be pretty good

Somehow I see this being canceled within the first season, even if it turns out to be good.

It certainly looks like it has potential. Could be pretty damn good.

I could also see it having a good premier and then just turn into attack of the killer aliens within a couple of episodes.

my mistake, I watched the preview for this and The Road (which actually has Omar in it) yesterday in succession and I got them confused

looks pretty cool. reminds me of the 4400, which was an awesome show, but canned because it was on a shitty network (USA)

you guys are right about Invasion being on ABC. I was confused with Jericho-CBS.

But i really enjoyed Invasion also...it really could have been great.
