While playing with my dog tonight, I noticed this on her nose:



This was not there this morning (pretty sure I would have noticed as it jumped right out tonight) and it doesn't come off. Seems like a wart/growth/scab or something, but as a super-paranoid person, I thought I would see if anyone had any other opinions?

Anyone seen anything like it before?


**UPDATE**

After screwing with this for a bit, I was able to get it off. It was something super gooey/sticky (but only on one side???) At any rate, after getting it off her nose, it looks like her nose is just fine. Will check again in the morning to make sure. Anyway, mods can kill this if necessary.

Yeah, it looks like your dog has schmunda on its nose.

that's either grundle butter or fromunda cheese, harmless but you perhaps should be concerned with how it got there
