It is in RTP in one of the business parks. There are people who staff the shop and fix tools and help users who are there all the time during business hours. There hours are 10 to 10 seven days a week. So far it seems that people are very respectful of other peoples things.

I dunno if I am that impressed with their stuff. More than what I have at home, but just getting all your basic classes in to use anything is a severe pain in the ass.
